Having lived in the Caribbean for 17 years, I am strongly influenced by vibrant colors and subjects. My husband and I moved to Pickens County 2 years ago and recently purchased our 1905 home in Nelson. I prefer to paint from a reference photograph and paint in a realistic style. I am frequently commissioned to paint pets and enjoy seeing a client’s joy and enthusiasm when I have captured their beloved pet. I most frequently paint in acrylic, but also enjoy vibrant watercolors.
