Medium: Acrylic and Oils on canvas

Layers of paint are applied with gestural strokes using a variety of palette knives, brushes and found objects. I scratch into layers, scrape with palette knives, and add lines of solid color. The work I create explores the energy of life and themes of hope, power and change. I am inspired by memories and emotions.

I am an expressionist artist who have made North Georgia my home for over twenty years. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Florida State University. I see every day as a chance to create hope and make the world a better place
