Medium: Oil paint

I create original oil paintings on canvas or gessobord. Most subjects are either still lifes or animals; the focus is on realism, shadows, and highlights.

Originally from Wisconsin, my husband was military, so we lived in many places before settling in Georgia 28 years ago. We have one son who lives in Kennesaw. We also have a rescue dog (my studio mate) appropriately named Shadow.
