What is the Pickens Arts & Cultural Alliance (PACA)?
Pickens Arts & Cultural Alliance (PACA), founded in 2007 with a grant from the Georgia Council for the Arts, supports and assists existing arts and historic preservation organizations in Pickens County. With backing from county government, the Pickens Arts and Cultural Alliance continues to preserve our rich cultural heritage.
